Damon was talking about stuffin’ muffins tonight on 6B. @leblanc7 popped into the 6B chat & said we should look up Rachel Ray’s recipe for them & I’m glad I did. I need to make these for sure.

I discovered Rachael Ray's take on traditional stuffing last year. With crisp edges in nearly every bite, it will be my go-to from now on.

I am thinking the apples may also be for moisture so they don’t get too dry.
